Booking Details

Retainer - A retainer of $300 is due at the time of your booking and is non-refundable. This retainer holds the date and time agreed upon by the client and Midwest Portraits. The retainer will be credit on your account for 90-days to be used for prints and products of your choice. If the retainer is not used in the 90-day time frame the client agrees they will forfeit and lose all credits to their account. All retainer fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date in the event of inclement weather, client or photographer illness or other natural disasters.

Session Fee - The session fee is to be paid at the time of your session and amount will depend on the session you choose.

Ordering Your Prints

On the day of your session, we will schedule a time for you to come back to the studio for your exclusive premiere. Orders placed and paid for at the time of your exclusive studio viewing will receive a 20% discount on prints and products, excluding digital images. Please have all decision makers present on the day of the viewing, so you can enjoy the discount. You will also be given a personalized online viewing gallery that is password accessible to share with friends and family. Social Media images will be loaded, at the discretion of the studio, following order placement. All images are available for order 365 days after your viewing. All unordered images will be deleted after 365 days and will no longer be accessible.

Midwest Portraits owns the legal copyright to all images. It is unlawful to copy, scan, photograph, manipulate or reproduce images created by Midwest Portraits. If you are found in violation of any form of unlawful copyright you agree to pay $300 for any photograph or image used in this offense unless a written copyright release has been issued.
